The August MMPOA Board of Directors meeting will be held on August 12th at 5pm in the Camp Sherman Community Hall. All Metolius Meadows Property Owners are invited to attend.
On August 13th at 10am the Annual Meeting of MMPOA will also be held in the Camp Sherman Community Hall. Refreshments will be served starting at 9:30am and the meeting is open to all Metolius Meadows Property Owners. Please plan to attend and find out what’s happening in Metolius Meadows!

The Meadows Architectural Review Committee must approve all plans for building on lots before construction. The requirements are found in the Declaration recorded with Jefferson County. Height limitations apply. There are additional regulations in the Architectural Review Committee’s “Architectural Standards For MMPOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions” which is available at the MMPOA office.
